Data Transfer & Hosting
ValuArc and our subprocessors may process customer data in multiple regions. Where international data transfers occur, we use appropriate transfer safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Transfer mechanism details, hosting region specifics, and applicable safeguard references are disclosed per subprocessor above where approved for public disclosure. For detailed transfer questions specific to your organization or contract, please submit a transfer question request.
